Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Setup fees are one-time — they cover the build, and you only pay them once.
Can I pay annually?
Yes — The Simplified Plan has an annual version: $4,999 for the year with the $1,399 setup waived — $2,388 less than twelve months on the monthly path, working out to $417/month. Month-to-month stays the default; add-ons stay available either way.
Are domain and hosting fees included?
No — your domain and website hosting are external services, billed to you directly by those providers. We set them up, connect them, and manage them as part of your plan, but the fees stay on your card. That’s deliberate: it means you always own your domain and your hosting account, no matter what.
What happens to my phone number?
You keep it. Your existing number stays yours — calls simply route to your AI receptionist, and it can transfer to you or your staff whenever a caller needs a person. Nothing is ported away, and if you ever leave, your number goes with you untouched.
What happens if a call is too complicated for the AI?
It does what a great receptionist does: transfers the call to you or your team, or takes a detailed message and texts the caller a follow-up so nobody is left hanging. You see every call summary either way.
What do extra minutes cost?
Each plan includes a monthly pool of receptionist minutes. Go over, and you pay a flat rate per extra minute — a flat $0.35, on every plan. Business and Professional also include 500 and 1,000 text messages a month — extra texts are $0.05 each. If you go over regularly, moving up a plan is usually cheaper, and we'll tell you when that's the case.
What are you actually doing when you say “SEO”?
No mystery: we optimize your key pages, services, locations, titles, and descriptions so Google understands exactly what you offer and where you offer it. When Google understands you, it shows you to the people searching for what you do. Bigger plans cover more pages, more services, and more of your area.
How does review automation work?
After a visit, your customer automatically gets a friendly text or email with a direct link to leave a review — real customers only, never bought or faked. When a review lands, AI drafts a response in your voice; you approve it, or let it post automatically. Review requests run through our AI voice service, so they pair with any AI receptionist plan — if you don’t have one yet, the Starter plan switches this on. Good reviews get thanked, rough ones get answered fast and professionally — which is often what saves the customer.
Why a monthly fee? Couldn’t you just fix it once?
Because nothing on this page stays fixed. Google re-ranks businesses constantly — a profile that goes quiet sinks. Your competitors don’t stop posting, advertising, or collecting reviews. Reviews arrive every week and each one needs a response. And every month we’re producing new work: posts, offers, graphics, ad adjustments, SEO updates as your services and Google’s rules change. A one-time fix buys you one good month. The monthly is what makes it compound.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain and your content are yours from day one. While you're subscribed, we host, maintain, and update it. If you ever leave, we hand over the full site files — web support on its own is $160/month if you keep the site without an AI plan.
Is the ad budget included in the marketing plans?
No — and no agency that says otherwise is being straight with you. Our fee covers the strategy, setup, and management. The ad spend goes to Google on your card, with a cap you set. Every dollar is visible to you.
How fast can we go live?
Your AI receptionist can be answering calls within days. Websites and full bundles typically go live in 2–3 weeks from the first call. The first month's report shows you exactly what changed.
